We are pleased to announce the formation of ALL INDIA FORUM OF MSME (AIFOM). This is the first organization made to fight for the cause of MSMEs on Pan-India basis.
After the revision of MSME definition, more than 95% of all the business and economic activities now fall under MSME sector in our country contributing around 40% in GDP and 50% in Exports. However, there is a lot of information gap and entrepreneurs are not aware of most of the Govt. schemes launched by Govt. MSMEs have to face rough weather at the hands of babus in Govt. offices through inspector raj or other means of red-tapism. Even they are blackmailed in the name of online portals.
Friends, the main objective of AIFOM is to fight for the honour and dignity of Entrepreneurs and to educate the MSMEs regarding various schemes of States and Central Govt. It is our endeavor to ensure transparency in Govt. offices dealing with the entrepreneurs in our country with regard to their schemes and compliances. We will also try to ensure that proper help desks and waiting rooms are maintained by all such offices duly manned by competent officials under CCTV surveillance. We will ensure that open house discussions are arranged by all such departments to disseminate information relating to their schemes with entrepreneurs.
In order to achieve the above mentioned objectives, AIFOM shall operate on 4-tier basis i.e. District Chapters, State Chapters, Zonal Chapters and National Chapter. Our own facilitation desks shall be maintained by District Chapters for helping MSMEs. Workshops, Seminars and Exhibitions on various topics useful for MSMEs shall be frequently organized by District, State and Zonal Chapters. National Chapter shall take up major issues like changes in Govt. polices etc., wherever required.
